At Alaïa, the brief was similar, with the designer playing with scale in a pair of oversized wide-legged denim (in the perfect darker wash), paired with a bandeau of micro proportions. And that same season, Gucci had us lusting over their take on the trend, with wide-legged denim in black, cream, and washed blue paired with simple tanks and floor-sweeping coats. Yes please.
