Australian fashion rental platform The Volte has partnered with David Jones to introduce a seamless integration that allows customers to list their purchases for rent directly from the retailer’s website.

The initiative aims to extend the lifecycle of designer garments and provide customers with an opportunity to earn from their wardrobes. Labels such as Camilla & Marc, SIR., Aje, and Alemais – key brands in the David Jones designer portfolio – are already among the most in-demand for rental on The Volte.

Through an innovative widget developed by The Volte, shoppers can opt-in at checkout to instantly transfer product details, images, and sizing information, simplifying the listing process. The collaboration reflects a growing shift towards circular fashion, offering a practical solution for consumers looking to maximise the value of their purchases while promoting sustainability.

DeMellier steps into Spring Summer 2025 with a campaign lensed by Sonia Szostak, starring Alexandra Agoston against the raw beauty of Morocco’s Agafay Desert.

This season introduces two versatile styles: The Siena Saddle, a sculptural crossbody defined by sleek lines and a signature padlock, and The Capri, reimagined from its raffia origins into a soft-structured canvas tote.

A grounded palette of Dark Sand and Light Olive ties the new silhouettes to refreshed signature styles, while a Lizard-Effect Ecru finish adds a touch of vintage allure. The collection balances function with quiet luxury, designed for seamless transitions between city and sun-drenched escapes.

Bianca Spender unveils Autumn 25: An exploration of intimacy

For Autumn 25, Bianca Spender delves into the quiet power of intimacy – those fleeting, subconscious gestures that connect us to ourselves and others. Inspired by the human need for touch and expression, the collection balances softness with structure, sensuality with strength.

Erogenous zones are revealed through veiled sheerness and asymmetric draping, while sculpted tailoring is cinched with wrapped belts and delicate tucks, echoing the gentle touch of a hand. Fluid silks and high-shine satins cascade over the body, blurring the lines between fabric and form. Grounded in a palette of lingerie-inspired creams, musk, and ivory, the collection deepens into seductive navy, electric blue, and twilight black.

For the first time, Bianca Spender introduces a luxurious knitwear offering, crafted in New Zealand’s Tolaga Bay atelier. Designed for the woman who moves with quiet confidence, Autumn 25 is an invitation to embrace the unseen moments of connection.

Harris Tapper explores elegance for Spring Summer 25

For Spring Summer 25, Harris Tapper refines the fundamentals of modern dressing, blending classic silhouettes with opulence and a forward-thinking approach to fabrication. A jolt of chartreuse electrifies the collection, appearing across suiting and knitwear in the brand’s signature recycled nylon.

Textures take centre stage – black fringing nods to vintage glamour, hand-beaded orchids bloom across silk organza, and knotted satin recalls the sculptural elegance of 1960s couture. Eveningwear evolves with flocked velvet florals on sheer ruched mesh, while off-the-shoulder silk dresses in watery, dip-dyed prints drape fluidly over the body.

Suiting remains a core pillar, now in ivory and chartreuse, offering a softer take on precision tailoring. Everyday staples are elevated – oversized tees arrive adorned with hand-beaded pearls, and cargo pants reimagine utility in fluid cream satin.
