It’s never easy trying to come up with a new series of outfit combinations for the working week. Instead of having a set uniform of crisp white shirts and tailored black pants (as much as I love both), an ever-changing schedule means every morning requires a new set of questions.
Am I running around, or just sitting at my desk? Do I need to dress specifically for a project? And most importantly, will I be in the background of someone’s TikTok?

We’re always looking for outfit inspiration so this week, we asked Bianca Wittner to step us through her work wardrobe. The brand manager at local footwear label Twoobs has a knack for shaping everyday looks, whether it’s a day of meetings or afternoon strolls while working from home. Whatever she pulls together feels firmly original, with her wardrobe full of secondhand finds, pieces from local independent designers and items she’s kept in rotation for close to 10 years. She also knows the power of a good accessory, holding a special place in heart (and lapels) for her collection of antique brooches. Here’s what she wears in a typical week.
Monday
I always love to wear a fancier outfit on a Monday because it gives me fresh energy for a productive week. Today, I’m wearing a dress I bought from Manning Cartell eight years ago for an event (how’s that for sustainable?). Instead of its slip, I’ve paired it with these Acne Studios jeans that I got secondhand from SWOP, and The BFF shoe in khaki.
We had a team-wide productivity and innovation session this morning that got me super inspired to use more AI in my day-to-day, and I spent the afternoon working on some updates for our Byron Bay flagship store so that first-time customers can learn more about the Twoobs brand story.
Tuesday
I have an obsession with brooches. I love to collect them, friends buy them for me when they see ones they know I’ll like, it’s a whole thing. I love the way they tell stories and allow me to be creative and personalise my clothing (sometimes I even pin them on my Twoobs). Today I’m wearing a fully thrifted outfit with The OG+ in brown. I was in the office again, we had our fortnightly marketing meeting which was fun because we have lots of exciting things happening at the moment, including an upcoming launch and planning for Twoobs’ 10th birthday.
Wednesday
We actually have a four-day work week company-wide at Twoobs and Wednesdays are our day off… we call it Weekend Wednesday! It’s pretty magical. Something that we’re super big on is maximising productivity, so by learning to make really good use of our time on the other four days, we’re able to have an entire day off to do whatever fills our own cups.
Today, I spent most of my day in activewear – I took my dog Mia on a long walk and went to yoga. But tonight I’m going on a pasta and comedy date with my sister, so I’m wearing my fave Après Studio bubble dress, these thrifted denim capris, a necklace that belonged to my mum and The Sneaky Jane in black.
Thursday
Today is a work-from-home day so the brief is always feeling chill and comfy. But I also like to wear something I can get out of the house in because I’ll always take Mia for a stroll to grab lunch or a matcha. Today I’m wearing just a simple black tank, Perks and Mini hat, thrifted pants and belt, and The BFF in black (aka the most worn shoe in my entire wardrobe). I had an exciting meeting about a top secret collab today that I can’t reveal just yet… but I’m pumped for it! After work, I met some friends at my local pub for a drink and I stayed in the same outfit.
Friday
This top is one of my favourite pieces in my wardrobe, it’s an upcycled shirt from small brand Nena Hansen. I bought it last time I was up in Byron Bay visiting the Twoobs flagship store and I’ve worn it countless times. I’ve paired it with these pants that I thrifted and The Sneaky Jane in black again. Perfect comfy Friday vibes!
Today, I was mainly working on some fresh creative and concepts for ads. Our General Manager baked fresh sourdough for us and we all brought ingredients to make DIY sandwiches, which is something we’ve been having fun doing in the office together lately.
Keep up with Bianca here.
