5 London Fashion Week Trends & Styling Tricks To Know

LONDON IS A cultural melting pot that can deliver a posh experience just as easily as a raucous good time, and that duality, along with a vibrant dose of self-expressive creativity, was front and centre on the fall 2025 runways.

This season, we welcomed the return of Dilara Findikoğlu, whose sensual, tattoo-adorned collection was a testament to the punk power of female liberation. Jawara Alleyne turned the runway into a construction zone, examining the parallels between fashion and architecture with an array of cut-up, knotted, and spliced stripes. DiPetsa reminded us to go with the flow in cascading fabrics that rippled across the body to celebrate the human form.

But the real proof that London Fashion Week continues to be the home for creative misfits, who rebel against the status quo in favor of designs that spark style revolutions, was seen in the Central Saint Martins graduate show. Perhaps the most controversial trend to return to fashion is fur, and there’s been lots of it lately. In London, we’re seeing extra shaggy textures emerge, infusing the moment with a little bit of chaotic energy. Just the kind we need.

Cropped double-breasted coats are it

The classic double-breasted coat silhouette continues to withstand the cyclical nature of fashion, but across the pond this season, we’ve noticed the lengths are getting hiked up to hit at the waist or just below for a frame-lengthening effect.
